A complete haven of peace and quiet with total privacy this rustic farmhouse has an ideal ambience in which you can relax. The original part of this semi stone clad house dates back 400 years and the current owner, one of Mallorca's leading architects and interior designers, whose flair for combining the old with the new, is known internationally and is superbly represented here. With the ultra modern interior, naturally blending with the original rustic features each helping to create a very calming and relaxed atmosphere in all rooms, each with their own individual character and ambience.
The accommodation is presented in first class condition and benefits further from the mellow, cooling terracotta tiles used throughout the house. with many original wooden beams. Many unique individual features and local artefacts, all create a rustic enchantment of a bygone age that is purely Mallorcan with colourful hand painted ceramics, vaulted ceilings, coved lighting and full use of natural light. For walkers, cyclists and bird watchers - the open countryside awaits.
Complimentary air conditioning in all rooms. Many bedrooms also have ceiling or free standing cooling fans. Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Extra air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally.
